Authentication

Connect the Zoho Inventory organization that contains the items and warehouse stock you want to send to Shopify.

Step 1: Select your Zoho data center

  1. In Shopify admin, open LZ SKU Sync → Settings → Authentication.
  2. In Zoho Data Center, choose the region where your Zoho account is hosted.

Match your Zoho account's domain rather than your current physical location:

Data center Account domain ending
United States .com
Europe .eu
India .in
Australia .com.au
Japan .jp
Canada .ca
China .com.cn
Saudi Arabia .sa

Step 2: Authorize the connection

  1. Select Authenticate.
  2. Allow the Zoho sign-in popup if your browser blocks it.
  3. Sign in with the Zoho account that can access the intended Inventory organization.
  4. Review the requested access and authorize the connection.
  5. Wait for the app to finish connecting and return to the Authentication tab.

Keep the authentication flow open until it completes. You do not need to copy a token or authorization code manually.

Step 3: Select the organization

If the app asks you to choose an organization:

  1. Open Select Organization.
  2. Choose the organization containing your source inventory.
  3. Select the Select Organization button to save it.

If an organization is already selected, check its displayed name before continuing.

Step 4: Confirm the connection

  1. Check that the intended organization is displayed.
  2. Confirm that Connection Status: Connected appears.
  3. Select Proceed → to open Inventory Overview.

Step 5: Fetch the inventory overview

  1. Open Settings → Inventory Overview.
  2. Select Fetch Inventory. If data is already displayed, use Refresh Inventory.
  3. Review the warehouse summaries for individual items and item groups.
  4. Check the counts of items with and without SKUs, and the matching and missing Shopify SKUs.
  5. Add missing SKUs in Zoho before syncing. For an existing Shopify product, confirm that the corresponding variant has the same SKU.

Fetching this overview reads and compares inventory; it does not start a product sync.

Change organizations or disconnect

To choose another source organization, open Authentication, select Change Organization, choose the organization, and select Save Organization.

To remove the connection, select Disconnect and complete the confirmation shown by the app.

Settings must be configured again

Changing organizations or disconnecting clears the app settings. Record your warehouse mappings and sync preferences first. After reconnecting, configure them again before starting a sync. These actions do not undo product changes already made in Shopify.

For connection errors, see authentication troubleshooting.
